How I work

I believe the approach I take to my work is equally important as the results I deliver. While my approach is tailored to fit the unique context and demands of each project, it remains rooted in a foundational set of principles that steer my actions.

I. Assume nothing

Every detail matters, always seek to understand. It is not about knowing everything before action, it is about being thorough and dare to ask the right questions.

II. Put people first

Be genuinely interested in people and uncover their emotions, challenges and aspirations, from the target audience to colleagues to clients. It will bring unexpected perspectives to your work, most often in a positive way.

III. Think big and small

Designers are intentional problem solvers, adept at delving into the depth of challenges. However, it is the act of zooming out requires more efforts. Look beyond the immediate issues at hand, consider the context and broader perspectives.

IV. Embrace change

Experience design is never done. It’s a cycle of creating, testing, learning and refining. Stay open and creative towards change, continuously aim for innovation and relevance.
